Client Services Associate
As a Client Services Associate, I support Benita with client needs, whether that involves paperwork, technology, or scheduling. I also maintain our website and AccountView system to keep everything running smoothly for our clients.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and am currently pursuing my Master's in Computer Information Systems at Colorado State University. Having family members who are Certified Financial Planners made me more aware of the importance of savings than many others my age, which inspired my interest in this field.
What I love most about my work is our wonderful clients and their families. They motivate me to do my best every day. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing the change in people's attitudes from our first meeting to their relief and confidence a year later. I specialize in helping clients access their accounts online and use the planning tools we provide, making technology work for them rather than feeling overwhelming.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, paddleboarding, and roller skating. I also love walking with my two dogs. I'm actively involved in the Samuels Elementary Community Garden and Youth Celebrate Diversity, organizations that reflect my commitment to building stronger communities.
